Amber in color, much darker than other types of honey, it has a very dense and compact consistency, which causes it to solidify in the presence of very low temperatures. With a very intense and balsamic aroma, it is excellent for fighting cough and respiratory tract disorders. Also beneficial in purification and antiseptic in various parts of the body, including the urinary tract and digestive system (more specifically the intestine). It is a valuable stimulant in combating the feeling of exhaustion and physical tiredness and promotes the activity of our immune system, making us more resistant against external attacks.

If the honey crystallizes and you prefer it liquid place it in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC to avoid losing its medicinal properties.
